If you ever become full-time can get great benefits.

Staff not too professional, lots of hostility and bad mouthing, very confrontational with patients and other coworkers

Have internal training sessions on how to deal with situations when they arise either with patients or with other co-workers. Emphasize on treating others with respect and dignity !
