Absolutely none. It is a terrible company and the employees quickly realize it. There are about 3 or 4 people that quit a week and management does nothing about it.

Managements is more concerned about whether or not they can keep their black berries than helping employees. Politics! All of management are friends from college and the only way to be promoted is to get in that group Terrible pay and will screw you out of your last 2 weeks of pay if you quit even if you give 2 weeks notice During interview they say no weekends or holidays. Thats a lie. They make you work weekends and holidays, but dont tell you until you start working

Co-workers are great, but it does not help out weigh the bad. Basketball court, cafeteria, and workout classes are nice

Management is inexperienced and is chosen based on the school you graduated from Benefits are terrible even in the industry Celadon is in Pay is also very low compared to competitors Performance reviews are minimal and do not come with pay raises Communication is horrible on all levels

Untrustworthy management Will pay you a 'salary' so they don't have to pay you for all the extra hours Terribly expensive benefits that will cost you a good chuck of your paycheck No one knows how to handle a problem/crisis They really like to put 'bandaids' on problems instead of fixing the problem and preventing it from being a problem in the future Turnover is so high that no one actually knows how to do the job when someone leaves I honestly have advised people to not work here. I would not let any family or friends work here.

None. No really!....none. Ok here's one, technically. You'll eventually quit as they have the highest turnover rate in the business for a reason. If you think Swift is horrible (and they are).....come here to see your soul slowly die when you find worst & will be made to consider even staying in the industry.

Everything imaginable. Everyone at all levels, no matter what their title at this company lies. I Don't even trust their name they give you. They have a con artist that tries to get you locked into a contract with crappy 12-13 Pro Stars with a 'maintenence program' He will tell you if anything goes wrong with it Quality (crooks) will fix it. Its a lie. If its not something DOT will put you out if service for (LOTS of expensive repairs not covered) they will not fix it. Pay is hideously low and then they will still try & nickel and dime that to pay you less. They talk to you like trash from day one of orientation with loud stiff arrogant voices like you're in county. You are treated less than a number and more like an inmate in an unescapable prison. Almost like they don't feel if you can get a job elsewhere or don't care if you quit and go elsewhere. It's clear they are all about themselves & feel like the staff is God's gift to the world & drivers are all scum of the earth. To them drivers are nothing more then a nuisance & a means to an end. I wish I would have listened to all the negative reviews here. They are all spot on. The few positive ones I can tell you with certainty are 98% fake. Probably written by the same people there that will treat you like trash when you come in the door. Stay away!!!... or suffer like a dog later bankrupted, demoralized, divorced and broken.
