Pros

I worked with Celarity to get a couple of positions after I was laid off during the pandemic. While it took a while to be placed, the recruiters did a good job of bringing relevant positions to my attention to apply for. I eventually gained a contract position working as a store planner. Celarity did a good job of making it easy to submit hours and had a decent benefits package. After a year working in that position, I was hired full-time by the company. The transition went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the economic uncertainties of the times landed me back in the job market. Celarity was one of the first places I looked and within a matter of weeks, I had applied, interviewed, and received a job offer for a full-time position. I was very impressed with my recruiter, Ashlee's, communication, and assistance throughout the whole process. She was able to answer my many questions and provide some incredible interview prep. I don't anticipate needing to look for a job anytime soon, but if I do, Celarity will be the first place I look.

Cons

If you're a contractor, you don't receive paid holidays, but that's the nature of the job. Requesting time off isn't the most straightforward process.

Pros

Wonderful team to work with. This company cares about their employees. I have contracted through many other agencies and would hear from everyone around me that worked for Celarity how great it was, that they got PTO, that they received a gift from them while I got nothing from my agencies. This last time around I said, that's it, I'm going through Celarity and have been so happy here. Too bad I got hired on full-time. If I ever need to contract again Celarity is my first call.

Working with Michelle has been really enjoyable, she was there for me every step of the way, invested in me as a candidate and provided step-by-step coaching and support through the placement process. Thank you for making this a great experience and helping me find the perfect fit , I simply could not have asked for a better experience!

Celarity is a wonderful company to work for! They know exactly how to match your skills to a potential employer to get the best chance for hire. My recruiter was professional, informative, and very personable. If I had any questions or concerns, she made time to address them and was able to get back to immediately. Finding a job is so daunting but Celarity made the process easier and pleasant.

Great communication. In particular Jessica Reedy and Susan Vang are really attentive and helpful. The company is transparent about the job position and benefits.

The team at Celarity made the job search process very easy and were so helpful and supportive with resources and clear communication about next steps. They know what they are doing! Also received a “welcome” gift when I landed a job which was surprising and nice.

I had an amazing experience working with Celarity on a open position they had available for a company they routinely recruit for; one of their recruiters saw my profile on LinkedIn and thought I would be a great match. Normally I dismiss recruiters, but Celarity employees truly care about matching their candidates with jobs they feel they will be a fit for. On the other end, Celarity provides potential candidates to positions that are actually worth the company's time.

I am starting this job as a contract employee versus a full-time employee at the company. My hopes are that I will become a permanent employee, but that is yet to be determined. The benefits could be better.

I have been working closely with Michelle May at Celarity and she has been absolutely wonderful! She is helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and has been my biggest cheerleader. I cannot recommend her enough! Celarity has a lot of great jobs available and are very proactive in finding you a role that is a good fit. I am very grateful to Celarity!

Pros

I've felt so welcomed from the team right out the gate - and even in this hybrid/remote world! Leadership is warm and engaging (real humans - crazy!) and open to feedback along the way. Team is collaborative and fun and works in team-building, non-work activities often! While I just started, it seems that in the past, staff are really rewarded for their hard work - and in multiple ways. They encourage you to "work where you work best", which for me, is home most of the time and they provide the workplace tools to achieve that easily. I'm encouraged to work hard, ask anyone for help when I need it, and keep a candidate focus in my work, which isn't always the norm in recruiting.

Cons

Limited PTO package - you start at 2 weeks and after a year (or 2, I forget) move up to 3 weeks and it stops there. No sick time (included in PTO).
