    Pros

Work environment was good, got to learn many new technologies, managers and colleagues were helpful. Overall, great company to work for.

    Cons

There were no downsides while working at Celcite Management Solutions. Things went downhill after it got acquired by Amdocs in Jan 2014.

    Pros

I had to stay with this company for few years due to my personal commitments. I can not think of any Pros other than there was a paycheck! only good thing was few colleagues were professional.

    Cons

They set you up for a failure. Worst Senior Management! They live you in Salo except their favorites. Same cast of Characters continue there even after Amdocs Inc acquired Celcite in 2014!!

    Advice to Management

Get a life and work for Employees and Company. Stop creating nonproductive environment by creating favoritism!

    Pros

Great benefits thanks to acquired by Amdocs

    Cons

extremely political atmosphere, people are ready to sabotage others for personal gain. Focus on personal agendas over Customer satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

    Fire incompetent middle menagement

I worked at Celcite Management Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

very good friendly work culture. a family boutique environment despite the growing number of employees. challenging projects across different telecom vendors & technologies. ample room for growth & learning. Daunting & Challenging work with an element of fun. Good salaries generally & employee recognition.

    Cons

HR processes are weak. Technical line management acts as HR. Lack of diversification, everything is viewed through company's product portfolio & avenues outside current capabilities are not explored. Overall Pros would outdo the Cons.

    Advice to Management

Technical Diversification, Separation of Technology Layer from other company's functions (HR, Finance). Focus on employee competence development & build a longer plan in line with industry's road map.

I have been working at Celcite Management Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexibility
    Great coworkers
    Great location
    That's pretty much it

    Cons

Total chaos and disorganization, management and directors carry their own departmental agenda, they cannot agree on any common organizational goals, changing them daily and hourly, therefore, giving confusing and contradicting instructions to team members. Very low team morale in general.

Management will not hesitate to make you the scapegoat for any mistakes and decisions you had no power over - CYA.

Management and directors clearly have their favorites while they ignore others more skilled and qualified candidates for the positions.

Lots of long hours go unrecognized

    Advice to Management

Management: trust your the knowledge and experience of your employees - you hire them for a reason - do not treat them like cattle

    Pros

They gave me an opportunity to break into an industry with no prior experience in the exact field. Their recognition for seeing talent is far beyond what I expected. Their desire to help you get to work is fantastic, they fronted me money to get settled in the new area.

    Cons

They have a tendancy to let you sit in the current position without offering promotions. The pay is below market rate but still acceptable. They have some great resources within the organization but have more people with just a "job".

    Advice to Management

If I was a member of the Management staff I would concentrate on keeping your people employed. Working to keep people by searching for positions in the desired Markets would keep loyal employee, and that is how you make money.
