You don't go to just one office its several.
Cons
Favoritism Micromanagement Low pay rate You won't get hired if they don't like you. You only advance if your managements favorite. Toxic environment & a lot of drama. You get no benefits at all. And no possibility of OT pay because you get several different checks.
