What are your colleagues talking about?

Pros
This is a very progressive Marketing and Branding company. No two days are the same and the days are never boring. They work hard to create a team building environment and we have monthly employee days where you can have anywhere from a massage to catered lunches. They just added 3 work from home days which really help if you have the plumber coming or a sick child while not having to sacrifice a vacation day if you want to still work.
Cons
Pace is very fast, so be prepared to hit the ground running.

Pros
The management is centrally focused on team building and appreciation. They make sure we know that we are a great asset to the company by throwing us special soirees thanking us for the hard work we put in. Yes, sometimes the work load can pile up, but it allows me to grow.
Cons
The health benefits are not that great.

Pros
Fast-paced work environment. Free Water and coffee. Great employees and team members. Fun work environment. This is a fast-growing company. There can be a lot of room for personal and professional development here as long as you can handle the work load. If you are a driven person who is capable of taking action and being responsible, then you will do great here. As this company continues to grow, it will only open more doors for it's employees to gain valuable experience. It is a good opportunity to learn a lot of different office management skills too. Top management has made an effort to create a better work environment and build team cohesiveness.
Cons
There are growing pains. You will have to wear a lot of hats and sometimes communication from the top isn't always the best/clear. The benefits are not the best at all.

Pros
You will think you are joining something that helps businesses and entrepreneurs only to be massively let down. The only pro is that I no longer work there.
Cons
I have never seen such an unorganized, unprofessional company. They hired sales people and expected them to successfully sell before they had their products and services fully solidified for sale. They do not have a training program for new hires, they only provide an incomplete spreadsheet and insist that is enough for you to start selling immediately. They continually changed prices, services and deliverables which made it impossible to learn the products so the sales team could sell them. The management and leadership seem to have been hired and kept on board because they are friends with the owner and none have the ability to make clear leadership decisions. If you ask a very simple question about a product or service you will often be sent to someone else or be given incorrect information. This will be corrected later on, often after you have relayed the incorrect information to a prospect. One member of the leadership team provided incorrect details about a product and also asked me not to message him after I politely asked him a simple question during my onboarding process, that was pretty unbelievable. In my opinion, the services they provide do not offer a lot of value to the client and when a client does come on board, the onboarding process will be unacceptably sloppy and embarrassing. I felt guilty about signing new clients on after I saw the onboarding process (which is all handled by ONE overworked person). They are also understaffed and have a very difficult time delivering on promises at an acceptable pace throughout the sign on to the onboarding process.

Pros
Nice office location and never ending water.
Cons
Managers don't have useful tools to train new employees, no "new employee" introduction, CEOs and managers care very little about their employees (the CEO never even knew my name), no diversity whatsoever and from what I understand, they hardly hire people of color, no 30 day review, horrible benefits that don't kick in until you've been employed with them for 3 months, pointless meetings in which the bigwigs talk among themselves at the big and important table and everyone has to pretend like they know what is going on, awful sick/PTO and this is not a very family-friendly company. Just about everyone who works here is young, unmarried and/or doesn't have children. You almost feel guilty for wanting to call in late because your son was sick, high retention rate. There is a reason why people don't last more than a year here. And there's a reason why most of the employees are in the their 20s - those who have been in the professional world for longer KNOW better, no hot food in the office because the bigwigs have allergies and don't like loud smells but seriously? You don't provide a suitable lunch room/office space for your employees all because the bigwigs (who hardly stop by the office anyway) don't like loud smells.

Pros
Strong team spirit among employees only. Young atmosphere. Free coffee & soda!!!
Cons
This company feeds you lies from the beginning. Don't fall for their "nice offices". Don't leave your current job to work here cause you'll regret it your first month. When it comes to salary don't expect to get a raise unless you beg, they criticize your work constantly and make you feel like you aren't worthy of it. They underpay you and overwork you. So, if you are working somewhere already and want to see what other "great" opportunities are out there don't work here unless you are looking for temp position. Major lack of diversity, it seems they are scared of it...

Pros
If you have no experience, you can get a lot of experience that will look good on your resume in a short period of time, because they tend to give people tasks that they are not prepared for/have no knowledge of with little instruction. So you can get a crash course in skills you can use elsewhere.
Cons
Management does not communicate and changes their minds all the time (one person seems to do it just as a power trip). They never acknowledge their own mistakes, and instead often blame staff. Certain managers have been known to completely berate staff. At best, these specific individuals try to make you feel unqualified, lazy, and unintelligent. They care about quantity of clients over quality of services given to the clients, so re-think this if you care about providing high-quality work to your clients. The turnover rate is extremely high (approximately 10 people so far this year, with a current staff of only about 15, not including CEOs. There's also a handful of freelancers that I know about). Most of those people have quit. Work/life balance depends on who you are, and varies wildly. This agency is related to a whole web of other companies, including CelebritySites, Dicks + Nanton, DNHR LLC, etc.
