    Cons

    Advice to Management

Decide whether you want to cater service and brand standards to the loyal guests you have or alienate them in order to court a younger crowd

I worked at Celebrity Cruises full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Room for advancement that is merit-based with a fair salary. Very good perks for onboard Leaders. Ships are beautiful and it is a place and itinerary you can be proud of.

    Cons

Shoreside management seems to keep changing every few years as do company goals/directions. Although as long as you keep the guest in mind as your priority, it all works out fine. It's the same as any professional hospitality environment with a very good product you can be proud of...

    Advice to Management

Treat it like a Starwood or a Hlton and you will be fine. Old school Cruise Line mentality will not fly here. That is a good thing.
