    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Celebrity Cruises for more than 4 years

    Pros

salary is above average, beautiful ships, fun crew life on some ships

    Cons

too much politics in the company, high turnover, no job security really. Being a couple is not very welcome, they don't try to put you on the same ships or match your contracts..

    Advice to Management

Don't forget that crew are humans, they devote lots of their time to the company and try to accommodate their requests more (like contract start-end dates, ship requests)

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Celebrity Cruises for more than 4 years

    Pros

Great benefits, ideal place to build a career, exciting market

    Cons

It is a big company so you're easily replaceable. Just follow the rules.

    Advice to Management

Management is sometimes chosen without proper screening. A lot of them are authoritarian and don't know to listen.
