Tight knit, intelligent group of coworkers who you can learn a lot from

    Cons

No support from upper management. Very top down organization. Great tech staff holds the company up while executives reap the benefits

I have been working at Celerity full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been working at Celerity for about 2 months now and I was one of the first new hires since the wave of layoffs and re-branding that the company has gone through. I think they are on the right path to transition themselves into a respectable consulting agency and stray away from your traditional staffing company. Hence the layoffs and re-branding and new leadership. The company is currently undergoing renovations at all of their offices, and things are definitely busy around here and now is a great time to join.

    Cons

As with any company going through changes, there are going to be layoffs and budget cuts... that is just Business 101. However they are positioning themselves in a good way to be successful and come out on top. The only negative would be to be a little more transparent with the consultants who might not sit at HQ and know what is going on all the time.

    Advice to Management

continue the re-branding process, hire great people that want to help the company, not just looking to come in collect a paycheck and leave. Hire talent that wants to be here and wants to help a company that may have plateaued for a while take the next step and be great. Be transparent and continue to give all employees routine updates.

I have been working at Celerity full-time

    Pros

I work with very talented people, the company is on an amazing growth path and necessary changes have been made to drive success

    Cons

There have been plenty of changes at Celerity in the past year. Change is hard on everyone, no matter what. However, these changes were necessary and I'm so excited to see Celerity on the current path that it's on!

    Advice to Management

Keep putting your employees first, always let them have a voice. I'm excited to see where the company is heading and proud to be a part of it!
