Regular communication with staffing agent about my job assignment and agent was very receptive to feedback and seemed interested in my professional development. My staffing agent offered to be references after my temporary employment contract ended.

I had never worked with a staffing agency before. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by Mary Pat at the Middleton, WI office. Extremely helpful, very prompt with responses, super friendly and easy to talk to. Also very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me the best contract agreement for my assignment through Celerity. Mary Pat changed my impression of staffing agencies. One of the most pleasant employment experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend the Celerity Staffing Agency in Middleton, WI and Mary Pat! Thank you!!

Staff were great to work with - very straightforward and responsive to questions. Assignments were varied and interesting with a lot of autonomy. Good infiltration in the local market. They appreciate good people and like to keep them working.

Cons

Local pay scales are so low, on one job I was offered the same rate I earned 30 years ago. It is a vicious cycle - employers won't pay more for good contract help and quality people won't stay for 1980s pay rates. Temp workers are already such a bargain - no benefits, etc., - that I think staffing firms could set a higher minimum for their pay rates.
