    Pros

Some of the people ... the samples table !!!

    Cons

    - Some of the people ... empire building and resistant to change or new people simply because they are afraid of losing their jobs.
    - Very cliquey
    - People main topic of conversation ... What have you heard about the future... have you been looking .. !!
    - Too many chiefs ... project decisions never made
    - So projects suffer and never hit time target.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the staff you have and their needs.

I have been working at Celesio part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Friendly team, varied work day.

    Cons

Only one assistant on the counter..long term sick is four weeks! No understanding or care for legitimate illness. If they want you gone.. prepare to move to another store.

    Advice to Management

Don't punish good workers if they have an illness.

    Pros

    loyal staff
can be flexible working hours depending on your line manager

    Cons

more possibility for salary increases, management need to listen more, too reactive but need to be more proactive, no job security or career progression unless your face fits with management

    Advice to Management

help make workers feel appreciated, listen to the people who actually do the job

    Pros

    Unfortunately no Pros, only Cons

    Cons

Low staff retention, Despicable working conditions and long hours. The Finance department working on some global implementation, with GPO who is clueless of her job, 4 people left in 6 months. No expertise of Finance processes or SAP system, with many contracts not willing to work for them.

    Advice to Management

Advice to the board, no I that would be unappropriated.

    Pros

If employed by the HQ you're good, otherwise you're trapped. If good excellent carreer deverlopment possibilities and work/life balance measured on your personal status.

    Cons

if employed by one of the many "daughter" companys your contract is not at level of your application.... a detail one doesn't question as nobody expects to be trapped in "paritair comittee" or contract

    Advice to Management

what about looking at the same direction while renovating?

I worked at Celesio full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Location good, nothing else to say on this subject

    Cons

Poor leadership, unrealistic deadlines and workload, poor training. Which are all the reasons why I left after finding another job. Speaking to the pharmacies, they are under ridiculous pressure to deliver, often short staffed & again working with a heavy workload that is unachievable
