    Pros

    Good people doing the work

    Cons

Poor management at Portland site, corporate interference, cumbersome processes, terribly understaffed, people are leaving in droves. With only 4 major customers, 2 of whom are like neurotic sharks, they are unable to maintain any kind of production schedule. Pure insanity.

    Advice to Management

Staff appropriately, shut up and listen to your employees, try to find more customers
