    Pros

you can learn about many things in relation to communications and sales. You also learn organization skills as well as the ability to work with many different types of people.

    Cons

The compensation structure is one of the worst when it comes to the wireless industry. They do not give you enough information in the beginning about the commission/bonus structure then later you find out as you work that you are not making as much as you should.

    Advice to Management

Please give a more detailed information package about the commission and bonus structure as I feel like I was cheated when I found out later many things that I was not told before.

    Pros

All staff are treated like family and are respected. This company was always flexible with family emergencies and required time off if necessary.

    Cons

Somewhat limited room for advancement, partially due to Cellcom being a primarilly westcoast company.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do. Don't lose your small company, family feel. Thanks for being an awesome group to work with. Too bad you refocused and moved out of Ontario.
