I worked at Cellebrite full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    International colleagues
    Good benefit
    Nice end of year parties

    Cons

Everything is managed by Israeli HQ/office. Everything!
    Very reactive company
    High employee turnover: Zero stability
    Poor communication
Manager would rather fire good employees who have proven excellent results to the company
For Staff managers employees are some disposable tools
HR is like it doesn't exits at all
Marketing department is a constant change of people, full of drama and politics

    Advice to Management

It used to be a stable and fun place to work, currently has changed into a stressful and toxic environment. This company is showing poor organization and much disrespect for its own employees. It's a company with a good purpose, however is unable to take care of its own employees and customers.

    Pros

    The cons ruin any pros

    Cons

If you want to be told what to do by Israelis, you should apply for a job.
All management is in Israel. They removed local management in the US even though we continually generated more revenue and new customers.
Israelis do not understand what American customers want or how to create a good work culture in the US
The turnover in this company is staggering. At least 20 people so far in 2018 in an office of only 75 people!
The product is so buggy and poorly designed. Many disappointed customers.
R&D in Israel basically uses US customers as guinea pigs to report bugs back to tech support.
Terrible communication between HQ in Israel and US. They tell you what they think you need to know, and its usually too late by the time they tell you.
Zero freedom in the US to make decisions or use your mind. You are a puppet.

    Advice to Management

You will continue to lose quality employees in the US if you do not give some control back to them. You cannot mange an entire US office from Israel. Your work week is Sunday to Thursday and you are 7 hours ahead of us in time! DUH! Bring back local management and let Americans decide what is best for American customers!

    Pros

Benefits, Pay, Growing Market, Brand Recognition, Market Leader, Business is Booming

    Cons

One of THE most toxic work environments I've ever experienced. The NJ office is plagued with internal conflicts. The amount of trash talking that occurs daily about your supposed "teammates/colleagues" is mind blowing. There are some very intelligent minds that I look forward to working with. Unfortunately, senior management is often taking part in the clear and obvious divide between teams, which makes it very difficult to imagine it will change anytime in the near future. Expect to work from Sunday to Friday (no joke) due to HQ being in Israel.

Churn is so prevalent here...that the office doesn't even use name tags for employees' offices or cubicles. No joke, the entire office doesn't have one name plate anywhere throughout the entire building to indicate who sits where. So bizarre, yet so telling.

    Work/Life balance

    Advice to Management

Nothing I've said will come as a surprise, so advice to management will amount to zero change. It's been this way for the last few years.

    Pros

Cool Technology, I use to have more pros but after new Manager, it became the job from HELL!!!

    Cons

Listen to the staff, managers are not always right. If a manager does not like you, they will pick on you make up stuff and get you fired. HR is a waste HR is supposed to look into an issue not just pick the managers side because they have a title.

    Advice to Management

If a manager or supervisor doesn't know the product or he can't answer anything technically, doesn't take care of the staff and only worries about his well being, retaliate if he doesn't like someone, will lie and make up stuff to get a person fired. GET RID of the waste!!! You should promote within people have been there for years but get looked over. The people who have been there take care of the staff and knows the product and you can ask a tech question and get an answer. People should be judged on their work, not politics or a manager trying to get pay back. Unless things change you will have great tech support people leave or get fired.

    Pros

Decent benefits and salary depending on your job.

    Cons

The environment is very uncomfortable. They rule by fear. The customer service is lacking because they feel there is not a true competitor so they can handle customers to their benefit.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as a team. If there is issue then work to resolve.
