I have been working at Cellebrite full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The best place to specialize in and gain professional experience. Top in technology, leading the market in its field. Good conditions, high salaries and great people. The company actually invests in its employees (which is rare in the industry), promoting internal promotions, and provides high level tools to secure success.

    Cons

Very intense work environment, draws everyone to work around the clock.

    Advice to Management

Strive to improve the work-life balance as part of the company's agenda.

I have been working at Cellebrite full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Cool Technology, I use to have more pros but after new Manager, it became the job from HELL!!!

    Cons

Listen to the staff, managers are not always right. If a manager does not like you, they will pick on you make up stuff and get you fired. HR is a waste HR is supposed to look into an issue not just pick the managers side because they have a title.

    Advice to Management

If a manager or supervisor doesn't know the product or he can't answer anything technically, doesn't take care of the staff and only worries about his well being, retaliate if he doesn't like someone, will lie and make up stuff to get a person fired. GET RID of the waste!!! You should promote within people have been there for years but get looked over. The people who have been there take care of the staff and knows the product and you can ask a tech question and get an answer. People should be judged on their work, not politics or a manager trying to get pay back. Unless things change you will have great tech support people leave or get fired.

    Pros

Decent benefits and salary depending on your job.

    Cons

The environment is very uncomfortable. They rule by fear. The customer service is lacking because they feel there is not a true competitor so they can handle customers to their benefit.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as a team. If there is issue then work to resolve.

    I worked at Cellebrite full-time

    Pros

The pros were that I had decent pay, good benefits, free snacks, and some company paid off site events. The majority of the people I worked with were cool and good people. However, there were some bad ones that I will describe.

    Cons

    - I worked under someone who was definitely unqualified for their position. (Everyone else was a pleasure to work with.) They created a very toxic work environment with trying to sabotage people by badmouthing them and getting them fired.

They gave no guidance, no ideas for improving inefficiencies in the processes, and no structure whatsoever. Literally only one person made my time there extremely unpleasant.

    - I was thrown to the wolves and had to figure out everything on my own.

-We had a lot of meetings that never really led to anything productive.

-No effective plans were created for the lower level employees to help grow or develop

-People that actually brought value to the company were treated poorly over others who didn't really bring value. (Politics and Nepotism)

-I learned how not to run a sales team.

-At the time, Microsoft CRM was used and it was very slow and inefficient. They were transitioning to Salesforce before I left.

    Advice to Management

They wouldn't listen to the advice anyways, so why give it?

    I worked at Cellebrite full-time

    Pros

Good products. Some great people. Great global corporate and product management. Marketing, Services and Support are stellar - globally and in the Americas.

    Cons

Within North America only: No feedback for improvement provided at the level where decisions are made - highest level possible in the Americas. No time provided to improve. Does not promote a collaborative environment which one would think of when they think of a company this size. Does not proactively develop people, so there really is no career progression or succession strategy either.

    Advice to Management

Trust, value and develop the people you work with and enable them to be successful. Provide more transparency and feedback - your people will then follow versus fear you. Never berate an employee - in public or private. Put your customers first, listen to them and they will increase your standing in the market. If the company decides to go in a different direction, be honest, respectful and professional - do the right thing.
