I have been working at Cellular Advantage (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company focused on employee success and customer satisfaction. Upper management will go out of their way to help you in anyway.

    Cons

Slower locations have to create traffic.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I have been working at Cellular Advantage full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Commission for new lines is very substantial.
Agent line is very cheap and has good service.
Hours are easy to work around.

    Cons

Most of interactions are troubleshooting and solving issues. Credit checks for customers cause blockades for making money. Unrealistic sales goals.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Cellular Advantage full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Upper management was open to the input of the employees. They were quick to respond to market pressures and implement changes to ensure profitability. They often held contests that boosted moral and encouraged the competitive nature of their sales staff.

    Cons

The downside is simple, the business was sold to alink wireless, who embraced an entirely different sales culture.

    Advice to Management

The sale to ALink was an unfortunate choice that ultimately resulted with the lion's share of your best managers being replaced, or left for other opportunities.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Cellular Advantage full-time

    Pros

Easy work, flexible schedules, fun if you enjoy mobile technology

    Cons

Poor management, not much attention from upper management, stagnant growth strategies

    Advice to Management

Take time to visit your stores more often, and focus on something more important than selling "our" insurance to customers.
