    I worked at Cellular Sales full-time (More than a year)


    Really great pay, supportive environment, fun coworkers, great networking, very flexible scheduling, flexible benefit packages. Definitely one of the most steady full commissioned jobs out there. Average rep works 4-5 days a week and makes about 50k a year. Extensive training and easy learning environment, even if you have no prior sales or tech experience.


    The interview process is usually pretty selective, and they will not hire you if you have a clockwatching, poor or lazy attitude. The work is not generally difficult, but they pay well because their reps put in effort. This company will not be a good match if you like being micromanaged. While there are managers and very experienced coworkers who are around to always help you if needed, a sense of self management is expected. The only REAL downside is that some markets have better cultures than others.

    Advice to Management

    Need more locations on the West Coast please!!!
