    Pros

Professional approach with suit and tie, dedicated desk, account review required per customer visit. Best compensation plan in the market.

    Cons

Retail sales that does not truly support B2B business... at least locally. It's called Cellular Sales for a reason... Sales!! Not always a friendly selling atmosphere... watch your back.

Sales managers that do not manage sales people... critique and suggest selling more but do not review your numbers one on one, break out strengths and weaknesses, plan out a monthly sales goal or any one on one managing/coaching.

    Advice to Management

Great sales people often times do not make even average sales managers. Often times great sales people make great sales people!

I worked at Cellular Sales full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, good place to make money if you're self motivated.

    Cons

No corporate structure, commissions change regularly, no support from leadership, no career path, not a company you can have a career with, 401k match is once a year so if you quit you don't get it for that year.

    Advice to Management

Have guidelines and policies and be consistent in managing people.

I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Entrepreneurial opportunity to pursue outside sales if you want (and have the time and energy after working 5 - 6 shifts a week in the stores.

    Cons

100% commissioned sales. It doesn't cost the management team anything to keep the stores fully staffed even when that means the sales people make little money.

    Advice to Management

Pay your sales people a base salary, and provide clear monetary incentive for providing great customer service.
