I have been working at Cels Enterprises full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None for most people. The only pro for me was the location since it was only 2 miles from home. Which is why I was desperate to make it work.

    Cons

No communication about the business and no effective & productive communication between departments. A lot of very rude and unprofessional emails which lead to wasting time & efficiencies. Huge moral problem because there is no Management at all. Everyone has to go to HR for any small issue because no one is really in charge or listening. One of the most soul crushing experiences I've ever had in my 20+ years working. I've only been here 4 months and I'm on my way out. And also very low priority on building cleanliness or safety. I don't think the place is safe since the walls and carpets all have serious water and dirt stains. Significant roaches and insects throughout the building. Serious health concern.

    Advice to Management

Sell and let some other company take over and do a complete over-haul of the building, system, and employees.

    Bad ventilation.
    Older employees are bitter.
    People in charge are confused.

    Pros

I wish there was some to share, but will not lie. There are non!

    Cons

Where do I start?? Very ill organized company. Managers are way way under qualified, major power trips going through all departments. As a company there is no unification, we are all working in different directions. NO one communicates. Very low moral. Dead end type of environment. It's pretty much unbearable. It's the twilight zone.

I worked at Cels Enterprises full-time

    Pros

There are no pros, please read review

    Cons

Don't ever work at a place where there is no official HR department, there's one random person who does "HR" stuff and isn't even clear on California law or knows the definition of confidentiality . In addition to that, the reporting structure for mid level employees is a disaster, some of the employees that work there are the absolute worst rude, yelling, throwing things. It's a horrible place to work, yes they do pay well probably because they know the only way to get people to work for them in such horrible hostile conditions is if they pay well. Also, one of my bosses threw something at my face when she got really mad once...at my face! Everyone in the room saw and did nothing..NOTHING. I would have filed a complaint if I could however, there's no HR department, huge red flag!

    Pros

There are some great people who work for this company.

    Cons

They are a very dishonest company that will do anything for a dime. They sell a customer one shoe but will ship them something with substandard quality.

There is no structure, everything is decided on a whim.

There are people that hold positions at this company that are not qualified. The only reason that they have the job is because of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Get a handbook, add more structure to the company.
