I worked at Celsian Education full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Lol!
There are no pros! This company is seriously suffering due it's bad management and the way in which it treats it's staff.

    Cons

    Where do I start?
    Bad compliance
    No honesty or integrity
    False values
Strap line is most trusted staffing business- don't fool for this.
    Money first
    All take and never give.
Only time they give is when in the wrong!

    Advice to Management

Change the management! No loyalty for staff. All friends in SLT. Restructure needed, before they lose more staff!!

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

none, nothing positive about this agency

    Cons

    - very disorganized agency, they forget to ask you for some documents at the registration and then after a while they realize your profile is not complete because you didn't provide the necessary documents
    - after registration, they forget about you so you have to remind about yourself, literally beg them for jobs and then you get emails with rude answers
    - I have been registered since August, no jobs since then - I have experience and Bachelor's degree, but I am from Poland so who knows that might be one of the reasons I am not getting any jobs

    Advice to Management

Don't treat people like numbers. Try actually focus on the employee's needs. I know it's probably what most agencies do. They register as many people as possible because the more they register the more money they get.
