      Pros

      I was here for 3+ years. Culture continues to get better as the company grows. It has it's growing pains, like all growing businesses. Pay is fair and benefits are decent for size of business. I am only leaving as I wanted a shorter commute.

      Cons

      Health benefits are a little higher than other larger companies I've worked for in the in the past.

      Pros

      Noel is a great CEO, he is very open, shares vision, values and mission and asks for input and suggestions from employees. It is a very family orientated workplace, everyone works so well together.

      CTE is a growing company with a lot of potential for growth. The leadership team are sincere and engage CTE's employees in the growth of the company. CTE benefit package is very good for a business of its size.
