- 1.0Dec 3, 2023Smart Source SalesCurrent Employee, more than 3 yearsNew York, NY
Pros
If you make your goal and I say if- very unrealistic expectations of high performing individuals with management who is not very educated and doesn't really know how to lead a team in the right way.
Cons
Team leads and managers gossip and she should be let go because the company has lost many valuable people to her childish behavior. You are paying well- hire educated staff to lead your teams- it would bring the company in a much better direction. Hiring for 90 days and letting people constantly be fired is wasting your money, Is she just a puppet for your company? Think about the people you are putting in management before you let them lead and destroy Cencora.
- 3.0Nov 28, 2023FRMCurrent Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
vacation time and tuition remibursement
Cons
The best and brightest are not celebrated here. Constant turnover of FRMs as they leave for better pay direct with pharmaceutical companies. Loyal FRMs are left to cover extra territories with no extra pay or incentive. No company car. Bonus pay only once a year and minimal. No room for advancement, just movement from one contract to another.

- 4.0Nov 14, 2023Oncology Patient NavigatorCurrent Employee, more than 5 yearsFort Mill, SC
Pros
great benefits, work-life balance, fully remote
Cons
program changes, favoritism, individuals in positions to make decisions but do not know much about program
- 1.0Oct 9, 2023Technology Project ManagerFormer Employee, more than 8 years
Pros
Not a company I would recommend, so no Pro's. Only reason I stayed was because of the easy commute
Cons
This company is a conglomerate of several companies but technology and technology decisions are run from corporate. Corporate is so focused on consolidation and movement of all technology to their corporate location that they have no idea what the local companies need and make decisions without asking or engaging the local business. This leads to bad decisions and heavy cost overruns, and general mismanagement. If you are not located within the corporate office, your voice will not be heard, and there is no chance of advancement. Saw so many instances where the corporate office employee were pushed ahead while the local employee (who was the SME) was left behind that the local employee left - causing great knowledge loss. Finally, everything is an emergency
