I have been working at Cenduit full-time

    Pros

    Hard working and caring co-workers
    Work/life balance is taken seriously
    Contributions are valued

    Cons

Must be a self-starter to survive entrepreneurial atmosphere (not really a con, just not a good fit if you can't take initiative)

I worked at Cenduit full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, some genuinely nice people.

    Cons

Terrible organizational support, no sense of purpose, everything is haphazard and it's every man/woman for themselves. Zero internal dialogue and no support network to speak of.

Way behind the curve in terms of technology.

    Advice to Management

Get your stuff together, invest in your employees before you start investing in failing R&D ideas.

    Pros

Good benefits. Nice office, great colleagues, team pulls together to get things done. Good holiday and vacation benefits. Senior managers get great all expense paid trips to exotic locations for management meeting.

    Cons

HR is biased and unprofessional. Cliques. Not measured on your performance or effort but on how well you play the political favorites game.

    Advice to Management

Start over. No use continuing to beat a dead horse.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Cenduit full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Big pharmaceutical companies are making lots of money so more can be charged to consumers

    Cons

Extreme amount of favoritism, employees seen as truly expendable. At an interview should really ask 1. What is your turnover rate? Why do so many people leave? 2. Is your software quality and development following industry best practices? How many bugs and problem calls is your help desk working on?. 3. How many hours a week will I work? Why do so many employees work nights and weekends? 4. Do you have enough people to do the work? What happens when you do not? 5. Am I expected to work on major holidays?

    Advice to Management

Stop selling what you cannot support in an automated high quality way. Stop counting people's mistakes and start providing the support and tools and salary people deserve. Don't boast about clinical trials saving lives when the stress the daily work creates makes for an unhealthy work environment. Find people who truly know how to train and teach and support/lead others.

    Pros

Great work culture, great people. Cenduit offers flexible working hours and opportunities to work from home. Great work-life balance and a really nice working environment.

    Cons

Not much room for career progression and not a clear message from senior management on corporate vision/company mission statement.

    Advice to Management

Provide clearer long-term corporate goals so that staff feel motivated to work towards that vision, and provide more opportunity for middle management to get promoted.
