    Pros

Very close to home. A lot of new people. many company changes since the merger. It should be opportunity for all to grow considering the Merger with HKA.

    Cons

Not a lot of room for new opening as of yet. Recently merged with HKA and some people jobs are no longer needed or warranted. Very little transparency since the merger as prior it was a more welcome and open feeling of a great work place.

I worked at Cenergy International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice office...Unfortunately that's all I can think of.

    Cons

    -Horrible management
    -Understaffed and underpaid
-Had to put up with lack of support, verbal abuse and inappropriate touching by my manager. By that I mean he was very short tempered and a few times yelled and screamed and even called me names. A few times he walked straight into my office and shoved me hard in the forehead I guess to get my attention? when he could have easily verbally announced himself like any other normal person. And of course there's the time he physically grabbed my tummy in the hallway, shook it, and said to me "My, we're gaining weight aren't we?" He absolutely devastated me on numerous occasions.
-I also had to put up with a sexually inappropriate manipulative coworker. Because he was a complete butt kiss to our manager he was the only one that received department/managerial support and would often find ways to throw the rest of us under the bus I assume to make himself look better. This same coworker (married with kids by the way) got caught red handed with sexual harassment, a fire-able offense. This wasn't the first time he had been completely inappropriate, but my manager still supported him against the rest I suppose because this coworker was just that much of a manipulative butt kisser. And what even more embarrassing is that his job, like the rest of ours, involved safety debriefing concerning various policies including SEXUAL HARASSMENT!
-I would get to work at 8am and many times wouldn't be able to leave till 9:30-10pm
I cant tell you how miserable I was while I worked there. I almost had a nervous break down and eventually I grudgingly spoke to HR at the urgings of a coworker/friend to voice my concerns about the volatile, unorganized, mismanaged job environment...HR at the time was supportive but it just made things worse with my manager.
Please proceed with caution. At the very least you can find better pay elsewhere
