    Brilliant people, great work-life balance, inclusive and friendly culture, stimulating projects, good compensation and benefits

    Cons

    Unclear corporate strategy, no management focus, oversized organizational ego, lack of discipline and accountability, too indecisive and slow to react

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach in regards to values and culture. Hire a CEO and COO with proven track records of managing and leading firms. Successful entrepreneurs and consultants don't necessarily make the best corporate executives.

    Almost everyone feels like a valued member of the company and lasting friendships are formed here. And, with excellence demanded at every level, you're surrounded by brilliant and hardworking colleagues.

    Cons

    Depending on your position, there may be limited advancement opportunities for within the company, but it can springboard your career within other companies.

    Culture, smart and 'down to Earth' co-workers, strong values - not chasing dollars, flexibility, and care for employees, support for employees' community involvement

    Small firm growing - unclear/ inconsistent policies, career development path/tools still being built, some lack of clarity from senior management

    Be clear and consistent across the firm with direction and challenges. We can take it.
