I worked at Centellax, Inc full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very innovative technology, always pushing to get market share of high margin, high performance products

    Cons

Market has high barrier to entry, sales cycles are very long

    Advice to Management

Diversify portfolio, watch cashflow very carefully and be selective on what new products you tackle

    Pros

-Not so small anymore, but you have lots of freedom to embark yourself in different tasks and have lots of flexibility in how you do it as long as you get things done.
-Access to cutting edge semiconductor technology and high speed electronics.
-Very little paperwork and you can talk directly to management.
    -Management is very flexible.
-Much of the old HP way spirit is here, and some of the original high tech HP employees who did a lot of important work in the HP golden years are here.
-Lot of knowledge around, and a good way to learn about smaller companies.
    -Beautiful location
    -Good pay and benefits.
-You are not limited to a single task or role like in the big companies, you can get involved in different things.

    Cons

-Probably we do not have all the resources of a big monster company, but getting out the best with what we have is what make us special.
-Yes we have to share some of the most critical resources, sometimes this means staying very late so you can do what you have to do.

    Advice to Management

    -Keep up the good work.
-A few more pieces of test equipment would be nice, the latest model is not required!! we can get along with the 20 years old boat anchor.
