    Decent benefits
Most of the staff is good to work with
    Customers are generally nice
    Some flexibility with hours

    Cons

Top-heavy - a lot of management, not enough workers
    Management is becoming increasingly dysfunctional
    Pay is low
Focused on growing and not serving the current customer base.
    Very little training offered.

    Advice to Management

Reduce the size of the management team, add more staff, offer better pay to attract top talent, focus more on taking care of current customers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Center Information Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, customers and internal employees are nice to work with, ok work environment

    Cons

Very low rate of pay, no room for advancement, director is very heavy handed, and does not seem to have a vested interest in the company. The company has lost multiple existing customers, and multiple business opportunities due to unwillingness to negotiate.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, provide more training to encourage professional growth within the company.
