    Pros

Center partners is an ok company to work for especially if you are a student. They are very flexible with their hours.

    Cons

The management or senior supervisors seem to lack a lot of knowledge about products and services. Reps tend to be more knowledgeable

    Pros

The pro's to working here is the pay (base) and incentives are nice. Guaranteed 40 hours. The paid training, nesting and then jump start program are good. Very upbeat and friendly people.

    Cons

Scheduling that splits up your days off (not 2 days in a row). Sometimes feeling stuck or glued to station. (THE 'MAJOR' LAYOFF WASN'T SO NICE EITHER....)

    Pros

The pay wasn't too bad for a pretty easy job. Training wasn't too bad. My trainer was actually really awesome. It's an easy job to get into. The lunch room is awesome.

    Cons

Management, at least some of them, need to be purged from that place. My team supervisor was actually really awesome but most of the supervisors are just horrible. There is not enough space for everyone so when you come to work, depending on your shift, it can take some time to find a desk to sit at. Too many changes too fast. My department was shut down after I worked there for a month.

    Pros

As others have said, really great people. CP often buys lunch for employees. Good comradery. Enjoyable project if you like gaming. Good place to work if you are starting a career, and in your 20's. Casual work environment (which some may consider a con). Supervisors and managers take their jobs seriously and for the most part are well-skilled.

    Cons

Unprofessionalism is rampant. Nepotism is rampant. Wages at an agent level are low, and benefits are abysmal. Not a great place to work if you don't want to be around a 20 something generation. Training is well meant but is somewhat subpar.
