Pros
Center partners is an ok company to work for especially if you are a student. They are very flexible with their hours.
Cons
The management or senior supervisors seem to lack a lot of knowledge about products and services. Reps tend to be more knowledgeable

Pros
Lots of potlucks and games on the call floor which helps contribute to better overall moral and people getting along at work.
Cons
Upper management changes metric goals in order to not pay out bonuses. Management will change directions several times a day so it's hard to know exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

Pros
+Worked well with my college schedule +Overtime/Off time flexible +Paid time off +Incentives and variety of departments provided constant challenge.
Cons
Sometimes the deck is stacked against you and you will just get calls that are going to destroy your incentives, so you can't regularly expect to get them. Often maximizing your incentives involves legal yet somewhat ethically questionable behavior.

Cons
pay, sales structure and schedules
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Awesome co-workers, great company events - lots of food, parties, giveaways, etc. Incentive plans were very competitive.
Cons
No real health insurance, job is incredibly repetitive and boring. The company is constantly changing what you do and how you are supposed to do it with little to no notice or training so it can be hard to succeed.

Pros
It was a good company, but Qualfon bought out CP and it 10 times BETTER!
Cons
CP was good but had some disorganization

Pros
Simple and very easy to master.
Cons
Micromanaged, low pay, lousy incentives.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
As others have said, really great people. CP often buys lunch for employees. Good comradery. Enjoyable project if you like gaming. Good place to work if you are starting a career, and in your 20's. Casual work environment (which some may consider a con). Supervisors and managers take their jobs seriously and for the most part are well-skilled.
Cons
Unprofessionalism is rampant. Nepotism is rampant. Wages at an agent level are low, and benefits are abysmal. Not a great place to work if you don't want to be around a 20 something generation. Training is well meant but is somewhat subpar.

Pros
If you can get into administration you will be treated fairly, have good benefits, and flexibility - even if you've only been employed for 10 days. If you are interested in management or supervisor positions, you can get quite far here.
Cons
If you are an agent and have been there for 3, 5, 10 years, you will not get a raise if you change positions or product groups. Health benefits for agents is a joke, even if they've been there for a long time. There is no flexibility due to high turnover which is a direct result of the cons mentioned here.

Pros
People that work there were friendly, co-workers, mentors, supervisors (for the most part). They don't really care, as long as you are there and doing what you are supposed to do.
Cons
Companies ethics are bad. Favoritism is high. Pay is terrible. No room for advancement. Ever. No raises. Ever. Terrible benefits.
