Good pay Flexible scheduals for most constant change of duties
Cons
job security pay could be better in some cases some managers have a little man complex ruling with iron fist . Discurages employee retention. These managers should be replaced no matter how long they have been at the company.

Flexible schedule. Casual attire, flip flops and shorts. You don't have to dress professional at all. Get all your cloth at GoodWill.
Cons
Shift Bids, Never ever ever getting a raise, easy termination, unfriendly supervisors, they promote from who;s friends with whom.
