    Pros

currently seeking higher education in psychology

    Cons

overachiever which tends to interfere with the ability to say no at times

    Advice to Management

N/A I am unable to think of anything at this point, but when I do I will revamp this selection

    Pros

You work with minimal or no supervision.
Most of the individualsame are a joy to be around.
You work in a home setting.

    Cons

No room for advancement. Pay is very low. If you are late even for "1" minute, it get deducted from your pay. However if you stay pass your scheduled shift end time for whatever reason, you do not get compensated for it.
There is no shift differentiate and if you work awake overnight, you have to check in every hour, if not your pay will be deducted.

    Advice to Management

Try to advocate for your staffs, listen to their concerns and provide them with the necessary feedback.
Your staffs are very valuable members of the term, without them, the organization will crumble. Thanks!

    Pros

Some of Coworkers were okay... But many were gossips and bery unprofeasional. The Clients were great to work with though.

    Cons

The CEO/Doctor and directors regularly humiliate and berate staff at open staff meetings... Sometimes results in employees leaving in tears.

I have never seen a company rin like this. They expect you to work endless hours for minimal pay... The better you do the more that's expected (with no increase in salary)

They regularly encourage you to break rules by forging signatures and medication flow sheets.

I had to leave... I was promoted quickly but no raise, and I was scared I would be put in a position by management that would lead to endangering a client.

I have NEVER complained about an employer, but this company should not be in business... Warning to all - Do not even interview with them.

    Advice to Management

Find a new person to run the company and new directors to help. None of you care about people. Wrong profession.

    Pros

Get to work with wonderful clients, beautiful office space, benefits, those who are not from the United States are able to take off of work for up to 3 week (but it must be approved first)

    Cons

Leadership skills (COO and CEO), Program Director lacks leadership skills (does not advocate and follows the leader), retention is difficult (hard to retain employees), turn-over rate is high, agency is funded to pay their staff more but do not. One of the only agencies still paying workers $9.50/hr when other agencies are at least at $10.50/hr (small increment, but it makes all of the difference on pay day). It seems like the fire people for no reason. It also seems that is apart of the culture. All individuals whom have worked for this company communicate the same issues and concerns.

    Advice to Management

As management, learn how to advocate for your staff. Staff includes those on the front-line and those who work administratively inside of the office. If direct level staff can not rely on their management to voice their concerns, how can they be expect to be good, no GREAT, workers.

    Pros

The clients are wonderful and many of my coworkers are amazing.

    Cons

Simply put, this organization is unprofessional, biased, and does not show appreciation for the hard work of its employees. There are no opportunities for growth and the main objective of the higher ups seems to be to express power and control over employees in an attempt to scare them into submission. However, the facade is immaculate. I would not recommend working here.

    Advice to Management

    -avoid preferential treatment
-provide opportunities for growth to ALL employees
-show employees respect and appreciation that is genuine
-avoid overworking and beating down employees
