    Pros

CVR is a company that addresses employees needs, there is a sense of family here. Job advancement is very capable and recognized, when you are a hard worker.

    Cons

We need higher budget for gas compensation for those who travel extensively.

I have been working at Center for Vein Restoration full-time

    Pros

There is definitely the effort and the intent to provide quality care for patients. Customer service is important in every facet of what is done in this company.

    Cons

Employees are customers also. It sometimes feels that the corporate office might feel that employees are expendable. Direct supervisors do not give this impression but there's the sense that this may be the thought at the top of the chain.

    Advice to Management

Let the people in the trenches know that you appreciate them little bit more. Communicate down through the ranks when things are changing at the top. Don't leave people in the dark when management changes, when the operations leader changes; let us know if we have something to worry about. Job security is important to us. Better benefits and matching the 401 are expected in a company of this size and would make for a generally happier workforce, but pay really is fair market value or better.

    Pros

There is some negative reviews concerning CVR but they have made many changes to address those problems. Best part is interacting with different physicians, nurses, and people in the community everyday. The salary is very good with a great commission structure. If you work hard and have a good clinic, you will be very successful with this job. I hope to continue my career here.

    Cons

Benefits are not great and insurance is expensive. It is a growing company and hopefully the benefits will get better

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your employees with better benefits and matching 401K. Thank you for the changes you have made. I really enjoy this job.

Micromanaging and constant feedback needed on account status. Poor management in just about every dept. High turnover for a good reason.
