I have been working at CenterPoint Energy as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hourly pay is above average for an intern and I was giving my own office at my service center. I was also offered $2000 for relocation.

    Cons

My mentor was always busy with his work and it was difficult to find enough time during the day for him to train me. Also, everyone is on salary and overtime isn't offered.

    Advice to Management

Give your mentors enough time to train interns.
