    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

They build a Great House, people love their homes so they are easy to sell but it is a TOUGH work environment for the Sell People.

    Cons

No weekends off, no holidays off, very strict boss, no vacations the 1st year. Lots of overtime....

    Advice to Management

Not everyone lives for their jobs and some can still be VERY successful in sales. Some managers need to realize that not everyone can be ON 24-7 for their jobs. Some people has a life and family and can STILL meet all their professional goals.
