    Pros

    Great staff, supportive and friendly. If you are a new grad and having a hard time getting hired at hospitals, look into here. They have a lot of openings and hire new grads. Big hospital, and the only one in the area. Good place to work

    Cons

    Supervisors are friendly and attentive to the staff but manager isnt so nice. Does not feel like have our backs.

    Advice to Management

    Be more of an advocate and support to the staff

    Pros

    If you have nothing to do then just work here in Living Hell.

    Cons

    Union Employees works here like Gangsters.
    Radiologist works here like street dogs.
    Most of the Directors are Duffers.
    Some Indian people making more money then Directors because owner is Indian here.

    Advice to Management

    Stop saving money and Stop playing with Black People lives.

    Fast pace.
    Ability to work extra hours.

    Cons

    Little Training.
    Lack competitive pay rate.
    Management plays favoritism that divides staff.
    Prefers to hire Per Diem with no benefits vs. full-time.

    Acknowledge employees for their efforts.

    Great place to gain experience, co-workers help you when needed.

    Cons

    Lot of work and expectations but it does not match your work or worth when you see your check.

    Advice to Management

    Its sucks that other medical facilities under prime healthcare get paid higher wages. A lot of people who do have experience get paid the same as ones with none.

    Pros

    The doctors/coworkers are great and thats pretty much it. Most doctors are very informative and like to teach. company does offer benefits.

    Cons

    Low wages, horrible location, patients you treat are usually homeless african americans with psychiatric issues. most patients are very demanding and disrespectful.

    Advice to Management

    increase wages
