    Hands on training and experiance.

    Cons

    Its not for the faint of heart hard work is almost daily.

    I would like more training oppertunities available.

    Pros

    support energy conservation practices while mentoring at risk youth and supporting low income communities in central CA , passionate supervisors

    Cons

    some employees hired were not well qualified for the job. managers were not organized in creating enrichment activities for youth

    Advice to Management

    managers should go out to evaluate supervisors working with youth in the field, especially to claim substance for evaluating supervisors.

    Its a nice company to learn new things in the oilfield.

    Cons

    Scheduling employee is one of the downsides...other than that nothing major...

    Imform employee ahead of time to prepare for the job..
