I worked at Central Connecticut State University part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working with the future leaders of America.

    Cons

Adjuncts are an afterthought. Not much training and last minute cancellations make it difficult to plan.

    Advice to Management

Adjuncts are vital to the success. They are the front line of the current job market and have the pulse on the future. Think about them in planning and get advice for the future course work as well.
