    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Central Florida Community College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits include all state employee benefits including excellent health, vision, and dental benefits.

    Cons

Pay is above average for the area but lower than the industry average for your area of expertise

    Advice to Management

Any issue can be dealt with professionally and compromised to a mutual benefit. Pushing your influence as a higher paid or tenured employee does not disqualify "lesser" ideas.

    Pros

You have support from administration and it is a very friendly environment. It's a very nice and clean campus and the facilities are very nice as well.

    Cons

The continuing education programs are not very good and there are not opportunities to further your education without spending your own money.
