I have been working at Central Maine Medical Center full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have been working at Central Maine Medical Center

    Pros

Driven Executive Leadership with a range of experience in more mature health care markets. Some committed front line staff who want to change health care for their communities. The only hospital-affiliated system in Maine talking about the right things.

    Cons

Getting to the point where they have too many high level leaders and not enough doers. Make a plan and get the work done and show performance that is consistent and sustainable so we can move on to all of the bigger and innovative things we want to do. Too much of an inner circle at the top - Let new people in and listen to their voices.
