    Pros

I worked at Central Ohio Transit Authority full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Reactive to driver safety. Alot of hours and work to be done. Job security.

    Cons

Can cancel days off. Not ideal for family minded individual because you will work so much and never see you kids. Or spouse. Horrible sleep patterns ultimate can effect health. Violent passengers. Unsanitary conditions. Once youre a driver youre kinda stuck there. Top pay is good however your just a number only people who are good friends with someone upstairs get the better jobs. Otherwise youre viewed as a skill less worker with a cdl.

    Advice to Management

Restore faith by filling position with people that actual make the busses move. These are the people that Move us.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Central Ohio Transit Authority (More than a year)

    Pros

Top pay is over 26 dollars and hour

    Cons

You have to work like crazy in your first 4 years to get close to the hourly amount. When you first start. that first year schedule is always changing week to week and its hard to plan anything.

    Advice to Management

This is a union job so this is useless field since everything is negotiated every three years.

I have been working at Central Ohio Transit Authority full-time

    Pros

You meet a lot of people. I enjoy transporting customers throughout the Columbus area. I love a job where I do not have to work under the supervision of a boss. Theirs room for advancement in the company. Our company has great benefits for families. It's a stable job where people will always need transportation.

    Cons

Theirs a chance you could be attacked by a angry customer. You have to drive in severe weather circumstances. Companies schedule is real flexible due to work assignments changing every 3 to 4 months.
