I have been working at Central Transport part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Easy typing work Can eat at your desk Can listen to music via headphones

    Cons

It can be boring when little to no work is available.

    Advice to Management

Do let workers continue to listen to music via headphones. Sometimes you wavier on this and it becomes more of a hassle than it needs to be. Personally, I am more productive listening to something other than a silent room.

I worked at Central Transport part-time for more than 4 years

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Central Transport for more than 2 years

    Pros

The pay is good and we get paid every week.

    Cons

Constant changes that you aren't aware of until they happen. Benefits aren't good and there is no room for advancement. Need better training because the night shift isn't on the same page as the day shift.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with employees better when it comes to changes and things that affect them in relation to the company.

I worked at Central Transport part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

They regularly hire people with no experience, and the pay is decent considering there's no work or college requirement. Hours are steady (unless it's a holiday week; all time off is unpaid). Outside of that, uhh, there's sometimes free popcorn or ice cream in the break room?

    Cons

    - no raises, benefits, incentives, or guaranteed time off - you're not allowed to talk or get up from your desk during your shift - all time off is unpaid, and people regularly get turned down for it; also, changing your schedule is nearly impossible - no one is happy to work in this department - you feel crappy knowing CT is a multibillion dollar company yet you can't work over 25 hours because that means they'd...

    Advice to Management

Happy employees are more productive and more conducive to a slower revolving door. People are more important than profit.
