    Pros

Facility closing, state hospital closing. Governmental changes Individuals moving into private facilities. Enjoyed taking care of individuals. Training in facility superb.

Some of the staff and management only in position because of longevity not because of competence. Several Doctors and Nursing staff out dated and inadiqute for job. Lack of leadership in areas needed.

    Advice to Management

Change your current direction and advance into the 21st century. Get away from the top heavy management and create a facility that is Individual centered not money grabbing. Management had run amuke creating an unhappy facility for staff and individuals.
