I have been working at Century 21 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Sharp upbeat group of owners, managers and agents. Nice work atmosphere features friendly feel in the office rarely found in companies of this size, first class tech tools, continuous ongoing training (but not shoved down your throat), learning opportunities and tools that work well for both new agents and top tier veterans or those wishing to take their business to the next level.

    Cons

health care expenses and day to day business expenses of being a realtor add up quickly (even quicker if you are in a management capacity). Opportunity to succeed is there, but if times become lean stress level can rapidly increase.

    Advice to Management

Nice job in the growth, remember to thank, acknowledge and reward those who were a catalyst for that growth. Easy to forget where the success comes from.

I have been working at Century 21 (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Independent contractor. You work your own schedule, excellent world recognized training online and in the office. Great recognition, unlimited growth opportunities. Free websites, and tons of advertising opportunities.

    Cons

This is a commission based job. You are an independent contractor, so no benefits paid by the company. You must be licensed in order to sell. A lot of weekends and evening work.

    Advice to Management

Continue to offer great training to brokers. Like the business benefits, would like to see more companies offering discounts to our brokers. Would love more help with navigating the health insurance world on our own.

    Pros

Century 21 Affiliated, Tom Bretz & Adam Freeman is not a good company to work for or good people to work for. All they care about is money. When I left after closing a deal they didn't pay me. They kept an invoice on a client's retainer hidden. Essentially committed fraud and then tried to make me look like the bad guy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    Cons

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Advice to Management

    QUIT BEING GREEDY!!!!

I worked at Century 21 as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They help with training, so that's a good thing, and the training is pretty good.

    Cons

They take a big share of your money, after learning the ropes, you might decide to go out on your own.
