Many opportunities to learn and the broker was helpful. They provide office for you to print, research and bring clients to. In fact, the office was nice and had private rooms to talk to clients.

    Cons

No one is going to feed you, you must feed yourself.

    Pros

Realtors and Management create a family environment. The experienced Realtors will take new Realtors under their wing. Management keeps the employee costs down. They offer rewards and incentives to their Realtors and staff. We have fun.

    Cons

Commission only, building is older, Internet sometimes slow,

    Pros

    Great training and continuing education.
Many online tools to ensure top-quality service to customers.
    World-recognized brand.
Several company-based online resources for agents to promote their services and listings.

    Cons

    Lots of competition.
    Mainly a goal-setting environment.
    Not for easy-going, laid-back employees.
    Very stressful.
    Income is undeterminable

    Advice to Management

Continue to mentor new agents and guide them throughout their first couple of transactions (on both sides of the table). All agents (regardless of ability) need their hands held to gain the confidence needed to operate properly on their own.

I worked at Century 21 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really liked the staff - everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. We had plenty of leads to work with. Plus, it was one of the larger leasing companies in the area.

    Cons

Could use more education for new agents. Not too much to say negatively. Your success depends on your efforts and skills.

    Advice to Management

I don't have much advice to offer, everything works well in the simple system they have set up. Keep on growing!
