    Pros

HR dept is great...people and co workers are awesome for the most part....great work environment. Flexible hours and great benefits.

    Cons

There are tooooooo many chiefs and not enough Indians...heavy top level...and poor raises for internal candidates that get hired into new positions.

I have been working at CenturyLink full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Steady work flow, not boring

    Cons

If you tell customers all the details of the deals you will not be a top rep. The top reps fudge a bit

I have been working at CenturyLink full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I worked at CenturyLink full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice office and equipment

    Cons

Sales pressure management does not care about the employees. The turn over is great. They are concerned about sales only and not customer satisfaction. During my time a lot of small business owners were closing and just needed to disconnect service. They fired everyone who could not meet the high sales quota so only 1 person out of 15 in my training class made it past 6 months.

    Advice to Management

You should concentrate on customer satisfaction then if customers are happy they would be inclined to buy products and services.

I worked at CenturyLink (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, 401K Match, Yearly Bonuses and Incentives.

    Cons

Over the years the Medical Benefits were very costly. The Company would rather hire Temporary & Overseas employees to reduce costs. Many Departments closed due to our jobs going Overseas.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the Jobs in America.
