    Pros

CenturyLink has been on a tremendous growth trajectory over the past 10-15 years and has become the third largest telecommunications company in the United States and is recognized as a leader in the network services market by technology industry analyst firms. It's culture is based on our unifying principles of fairness, honesty & integrity, commitment to excellence, positive attitude, respect, faith and perseverance.

    Cons

As with all companies that have grown like CenturyLink, we have had to navigate some growing pains. That said, I believe our track record reflects that we are up to the task and will continue to be successful with our growth trajectory. CenturyLink is a great employer and great leader in our industry.

    Advice to Management

Senior leadership has set a great vision for our company- Improving the lives of our customers by connecting them to the power of the digital world. That is something we can all rally around. You are doing a great job and I don't have any "advice" on how to do better.
