    Each department has not many intern, so getting it might feel boring sometime

    Add a couple of more interns in each depatment

    Pros

    Fun work environment, the pay is quite good if you do well in your sales. There is a base salary so it is not 100% commission. It is a team oriented environment which is good to help keep morale up even when sales are lower than usual.

    Cons

    It is not a job for everyone as it a high stress sales environment.

    Cons

    During certain times of the year you will work long irregular hours. Management can be unreasonable but that goes with any job.

    Its hard to match the reality of the job with the numbers.
