    "Ok for freelance work"

    Pros

The people I work with are lovely and very helpful and the work is interesting.

    Cons

Deadlines are constantly changing and everything is always a rush and disorganized. Also very slow to pay for freelance work and from what I've heard from other people, their rates are low compared to other companies.

    Advice to Management

Be more organized, plan deadlines better, pay your freelancers in a more timely manner.

    Pros

Depends on the manager you work for.

Old hardware, processes and software make every day a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Bring back 401k match, pension and benefits, some type of incentive to work here. Spend the money needed to keep your business thriving.

    Pros

The company has great people working for them. This truly is the only pro that I can come up with for this company.

    Cons

Long hours with no appreciation or compensation. There are few if any positions for advancement. The company hasn't given increases in over 10 years.

    Advice to Management

Give and Show appreciation to the folks who are grinding everyday. Start giving increases because the employees deserve it.

I worked at Cenveo Publisher Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The ONLY good thing about working for Cenveo is the people you work with (co-workers). It was a great place to work until Cenveo bought it.

    Cons

For Cenveo Publisher Services, job security is null. Most work is now overseas. Upper management cares nothing about its employees. Mid-level management has no say-so on just about everything. I could go on and on...

    Advice to Management

Stop sending all of OUR work to India!!!!! Folks on the bottom, like me, will soon be working at McDs and the like... if we're lucky!

I worked at Cenveo Publisher Services full-time

    Pros

Good job for the right person. If you like working hard and like printing. Plant open 24/7. Pressroom works 12 hr shifts, lots og days off.

    Cons

No pay raises, company has lost a lot of good key employees. Benefits are terrible. Work more than 40 hours a week, salary position, they do more with less. Lots of responsibility, held accountable for many things. No communication.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better.

I have been working at Cenveo Publisher Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Cenveo publisher services offers flexible hours and I have sympathetic co-workers, That's about all the pros I can think of. Sad.

    Cons

There are no opportunities for advancement. There are no performance reviews. There are no pay increases---ever! All Cenveo seems to be concerned with is harassment training. We get "trained" every year!
I was with my former employer for 11 years when they sold out to Cenveo 3 years ago. I thought, as did many of my co-workers, that things would be better now that we are part of a big corporation. So not true. Cenveo immediately started downsizing and sent more of the work done in the USA to India. Some of my former co-workers found employment elsewhere, but many were permanently laid off. Just cast-aside like yesterday's trash.
My office went from about 40 employees to 15 in less than 3 years. When will management start to listen to those of us who are left? We have been begging for performance/pay reviews, updated software so we can do our jobs, and resolve Indian quality issues we face every day. NOBODY seems to be listening.
Now in 2015 I am faced with a $1500/year increase in my healthcare insurance. And that's only for me--no dependents.
If you are seeking employment with Cenveo GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    Advice to Management

Do something NOW about the performance/pay reviews.
Start intense training for the Indian employees. THEY NEED IT NOW!

I worked at Cenveo Publisher Services full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

No pros whatsoever. They will be out of business in a year.

    Cons

Very bad management. Low pay. Horrible benefits. All managers are looking out only for themselves. No care given to employees. If you are not willing to lie, back-stab, and kiss up....you are GONE. If you develop any heath issues, they will find a way to "find issue" with your performance and you will be GONE.

    Advice to Management

Management NEVER takes any advice. They give orders and then blame employees when things go wrong.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

The workers are what makes the company without them they don't get a paycheck
