I worked at Cenveo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of breaks throughout the day, descent pay, paid weekly

    Cons

Managers are ignorant, get written up for invalid reasons, if your sick you basically get fired unless you have a doctors note, they do not care if your sick or have a family emergency you automatically get a strike against you. The machines always break, it's always slow and people go home early.

    Advice to Management

Stop writing people up for stupid reasons that can't be explained, get better machines, if people are sick don't fire them/write them up

I worked at Cenveo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Short distance to travel to grab a quick lunch. The good people that are still there are trying to get out. I am no longer working there.

    Cons

No raises in over ten years for employees. Extreme lack of HR and Management support. The Burton's have squandered money and blame the over worked employees for their poor decision making. Sexual harassment is extremely out of control - nothing is done about it after many complaints. After the complaints are made, retaliation takes place, and the individual with the complaint is no longer employed a month later. The benefits are horrific. They are shutting down plants left and right. Their stock is the worst I've ever seen. If you are a salary employee and do not purchase their stock, they will fire you. The presses that exist in the facilities are run down, broken down, and ancient. Instead of investing in fixing or purchasing new machinery, they approve credit card purchases for large dinners, unnecessary travel expenses, strip club adventures, and Go-Kart outings for upper management employees. They relieve their experienced, hard working employees with several years of tenure, just to hire in confused, inexperienced employees that have the same mind set of the Burton's. Horrible place to work.....horrible culture, horrible employee morale.

    Advice to Management

Sell off the plants to companies that will invest in the customers, employees, and machinery. The Burton's, along with their certain minions, have no business leading operations as they do. Grow up and try to be actual human beings.

I worked at Cenveo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are none that come to mind.

    Cons

The reason this company is sinking is its management. They're buried in turf wars and entrenched idiots who can't/won't accept change. It's a frustrating black hole heading toward an ugly end.

    Advice to Management

Fire and replace 90 percent of your directors and business managers, or start selling off the parts with any value before there are none left.

I have been working at Cenveo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Stock price is about $6.50 take away the 8 to 1 reverse split then the stock is worth about 81 cents

    Cons

One raise in 10 years , no 401k match, very bad and costly medical

    Advice to Management

It's too late . The attitude you've instilled in most of us is, do just enough to get by . We don't respond to threats anymore

    Pros

Flexible work schedule; employees are hard working people

    Cons

They treat women like crap; the owners (the Burtons) pay themselves huge salaries and penny pinch the people who actually do the work; there are no incentives for employees to work harder; they donẗ care about their employees. The benefits suck. There are no opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better and maybe you would get better product.
