I have been working at Cenveo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Stock price is about $6.50 take away the 8 to 1 reverse split then the stock is worth about 81 cents

    Cons

One raise in 10 years , no 401k match, very bad and costly medical

    Advice to Management

It's too late . The attitude you've instilled in most of us is, do just enough to get by . We don't respond to threats anymore

I worked at Cenveo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule; employees are hard working people

    Cons

They treat women like crap; the owners (the Burtons) pay themselves huge salaries and penny pinch the people who actually do the work; there are no incentives for employees to work harder; they donẗ care about their employees. The benefits suck. There are no opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better and maybe you would get better product.

I worked at Cenveo (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Close to home and fellow coworkers

    Cons

The pay is horrible. The supervisors and the director of finance manage by intimidation. He yells, curses at the supervisors and they in turn carry are very rude and sarcastic to the collectors. Very hostile and toxic place to work. I would not suggest anyone apply for a job here.

    Advice to Management

    Clean house

    Pros

Can't list any to be honest, if you like not having a lunch, I guess that is a pro.

    Cons

You get no lunch, coworkers are all rude and disrespectful. Management is never around. HR is nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

Get some decent employees with positive attitudes and not a bunch of people who make it their mission to ruin your day.

    Pros

Promptly paid expenses. Good parking. Average coffee. Good location for some clients. Obviously, not really much to say here.

    Cons

An absolute disaster of a company. Turned west coast printing (Anderson, Color Graphics and Graphic Arts Center) from powerhouses to mush. Executive team in Connecticut (as well as those they appointed to run regional sales and oversee plants) all bought in to a thoughtless and flawed plan.powerhouse. West coast commercial plants are having challenges competing with companies one third their size. Same story with the entire envelope division. All of the great brains at the top couldn't and still can't figure how to take a steady commodity with the equipment to produce it and turn a profit. I now oversee purchasing for the company I work for, and would never consider purchasing commercial print, packaging or envelopes from Cenveo. I don't trust them. What a shame that so many companies with so many great people and so much relevant equipment has been mismanaged to this point. I am amazed Cenveo still has open doors.

    Advice to Management

None, they wouldn't listen, and if they did, they couldn't build a plan and execute it. Cenveo is an unfortunate failure. I wish all employees the best of luck.

    Pros

Through years of acquisition, Cenveo has acquired a great group of people and a tired stable of equipment. There are some good divisions and product lines that Cenveo can execute well.
A great group of people in middle management, keeping the ship afloat.

    Cons

A poor reputation in the industry, lack of investment in emerging technologies, and a total lack of respect for the employees.
The focus is on the shareholder, not the customer, and manufacturing management is totally focused on the bottom line and weekly thrashing from corporate, so its left to the sales person to attract and RETAIN customers.
No patience for the new hire salesperson, gone in 6 months if you are not killing it.

    Advice to Management

Replace and downsize the entire Stamford executive management team. Split the envelope business into a separate company. Take time to acknowledge and respect the manufacturing employees.

    Cons
