I have been working at Cenveo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good people, comfortable offices, fair work-to-life balance (except for monthly close), some good local management, room for advancement

    Cons

Dying industry, losing money by the bucketful, absolutely dismal corporate to regional communication, buys smaller companies mostly for the assets, fires the workers and then shutters the plants, terrible owners...just... don't.

    Advice to Management

Face it, the money isn't coming. Stop nickle-and-diming every transaction and letting your sales people with their big bloated incomes run everything.

I worked at Cenveo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

Too big and too many things that need to be fixed such as sales reports. This also all depends on which plant you work at. They buy out other companies and then fire a ton of people to restructure.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people below them and take that advise use it. To many decisions come from top down, where they do not know day to day operations and make things more difficult. But they think it's more efficient.
