    Pros

Very friendly management, relaxed work atmosphere, lots of training provided, wonderful co worker support

    Cons

the building I worked in seemed to constantly be full of sick people, everyone sneezing and coughing, the chemical smell was overbearing sometimes, it could have been better ventilated.

    Advice to Management

Modernize the building or put the printing shop in its own area

    I worked at Cenveo full-time

    Pros

The people that work there are super nice, the management team is very flexible and easy to work with.

    Cons

Pay scale is way to low for the workload. Employees have not had raises in over 10 years. The insurance is way to expensive for the wages they pay. They need to reevaluate and pay people for their education and work experience.

    Advice to Management

You will loose a lot more employees if you do not change your pay soon. People are starting to get extremely upset.

    Pros

Nice place. Good porpoises to work with. Lots of sharing. Not too much drinking for a printer. I was hoping for more

    Cons

None really. I wanted more diet in the soda machine but I did not have any control over that part of the operation.

    Advice to Management

Overall just keep making good stuff that works in to the potal system keep making good money and take care of your workers so. You will get more business

    Pros

Previous company was acquired by this one. Benefits package was ok. Professional HR group. Improvement made to the physical building and IT infrastructure. A few entry level jobs were posted that were at out of state locations, but lacked relocation incentives. Creative department with the most recently hired employees was significantly updated.

    Cons

Seemed most of the companies they bought out were rapidly downsized after a year. Lacked matching 401K. Culture of outsourcing. No development efforts to develop longer established older employees of acquired company.

    Advice to Management

Companies progress successfully when development efforts are applied to all the people in the workforce as well as the physical property.

    I worked at Cenveo full-time

    Pros

If you are a sales associate with the organization (and are focused on development of your accounts, you can make a VERY good living. They have MANY different solutions to provide your client base in marketing communications. The income can be significant and commission plan that are uncapped.

    Cons

There are distractions with changes that happen at the mid and senior level of management every few years that can be unsettling.

    Advice to Management

Align some of the division to work more closely with one another. (Example: Labels and Packaging - Commercial and Publications - CROSS SELL without penalty
