    Pros

    Quality of work, good pay and co-workers. Excellent benefits which was so what affordable. The location was easy to get to in many directions.

    Cons

    Turn over in management to often, not understanding when employees are sick or hurt. Losing a job due to a work related incident such as carpal tunnel.

    Advice to Management

    Take time to get to know your employees and realize what each individual employee is capable of. Talk, trust, communication and understanding would help management and employees.

    The people are friendly and it is a good atmosphere to work in. Everyone is like a big family

    Cons

    The hours are long sometimes. There is a big turnover rate. And sometimes it gets hot inside there.

    Great people and co-workers that contribute to an enjoyable working experience.

    Cons

    The Heath Care changed in 2015 and now the medical plans follow the national Health Care Plan structure making it much more expensive.

    Advice to Management

    Look at ways to offset the more expensive health plans.

    Shrinking industry, no raises or bonuses, high turn over rate for lower level positions

    When I worked in Jacksonville, Florida we were like a close nit family. In Tennessee, everyone was out to get each other, a very inhospitable environment. This deters productivity and quality of work. You need to connect with the employees.

    Salaries: top management is overpaid, the rest of us are struggling.

    Advice to Management

    Put more money into people's salaries, continuous staff development and education, and improvement of working conditions.
